As your coach, I will be a coach rather than do coaching with you.
As your coach I will create a safe space where you can feel comfortable discussing and exploring what's stopping you from achieving your goal. I will help you to discover that the person is not the problem and provide a fresh perspective and a positive view of the challenging situation. You as my client will move past personal limits and grow into your full potential.
Living what I coach is at the core of my work and by constantly evaluating my own limitations, this allows me to coach you to do the same. I will journey with you to get to the core of the problem, supporting you there to find your own solutions.
As your health and wellness coach, you will be empowered to generate your own solutions to problems, taking small but consistent steps of self-management. We will start with a simple goal and once that is established, we will work on bigger goals. If you did not achieve your wellness goal then as long as you took action and learned something from the process, it was well worth the effort. We will set another meaningful goal when you are ready.

My coaching programs range from 3-12 motnths and we'll have regular sessions depending on your needs. This will be face to face via video or phone calls. I will be available for support outside the coaching time and in between sessions.
