Wellness Coaching

As your health and wellness coach, you will be empowered to generate your own solutions to problems, taking small but consistent steps of self-management. We will start with a simple goal and once that is established, we will work on bigger goals. If you did not achieve your wellness goal then as long as you took action and learned something from the process, it was well worth the effort. We will set another meaningful goal when you are ready.


As your wellness coach, I will support you to: 

  • Incorporate a fit and healthy lifestyle
  • Improve emotional wellbeing
  • Manage stress
  • Manage chronic conditions e.g. diabetes, high cholesterol etc. 
  • Manage mental anxiety
  • Promote hope
  • Build on your strengths to achieve your goal
  • Identify and overcome limiting beliefs and mindsets
